Registrar Participates at a Roundtable organized by No Peace without Justice

On the occasion of the International Justice Day, the Registrar Silvana Arbia is attending in Rome a roundtable organized by No Peace without Justice which will take stock of the successes and challenges of the ICC since the entry into force of the Rome Statute 7 years ago.

The Registrar considered this to be a great initiative in the run up to the Review Conference next year in Kampala, Uganda. At the roundtable, she will stress the crucial importance of implementing legislation for the proper functioning of the Rome Statute system, the principle of effective complementarity and the successful execution of the ICC’s mandate.
