Andorra signs the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the International Criminal Court

On Monday 21 June 2004, Andorra signed the Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the International Criminal Court (APIC).

This brings the number of States Parties who have signed the Agreement to 54. Of these, 9 States are party to the Agreement.

According to Article 34 and 35 of the Agreement, it shall “be open for signature by all States from 10 September 2002 until 30 June 2004 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York” and “shall enter into force thirty days after the date of deposit with the Secretary-General of the tenth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession”.
