Mr. Rudolf Wyss (Switzerland) is Vice-Director of the Swiss Federal Office of Justice (FOJ), in charge of the Division for International Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters. The Division handles all extradition and mutual legal assistance matters concerning Switzerland and negotiates all treaties concluded by Switzerland on such matters.
In addition, the FOJ is the Swiss Central Authority designated to handle all cooperation issues with international criminal courts and tribunals such as the ICC and the UN ad hoc tribunals.
Mr. Wyss has over 30 years of experience in different fields of law enforcement, including international police cooperation, prosecution (specialised investigation of drug related and money forging crimes) and mutual legal assistance.
