Dr. Juliana Rangel is the head of the Library and Documentation Service of the International Court of Justice.
Having started her career as a lawyer in Brazil, Ms. Rangel moved to France where she obtained two Master degrees in Private and International Law, as well as a PhD in International Law at the Université de Paris II (Pantheón-Assas). Her PhD thesis "Le corps humain et le droit international" was published in 2005.
Since 2000 Dr. Rangel teaches Information Technology Law at the Université de Paris XI and has been invited by various Brazilian universities to talk about the knowledge management field and international law.
