Situation: The Democratic Republic of the Congo
Please be advised that on 16 August 2007, in the case of The Prosecutor v. Mr Thomas Lubanga Dyilo, Trial Chamber I issued a decision suspending the proposed timetable set out in the decision of 18 July 2007.
Following the 4 September hearing, the Trial Chamber shall issue directions as to the agenda and new timetable.
