Decision convening an in camera meeting with the Prosecution on 2 May 2006

On 24 April 2006 judge Sylvia H. Steiner, acting as single judge in the case of The Prosecutor v. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo (Case Num. ICC-01/04-01/06), suspended the hearing after the Prosecution raised an objection to address items 9 and 10 of
the agenda in closed session.

On 26 April 2006 at 14.00 hours the hearing was reconvened in closed session.
The single judge decided to strike items 9 and 10 out of the agenda and to adjourn the hearing. The single judge also decided:

(i) To convene an in camera hearing with the Prosecution to be held on Tuesday 2 May 2006 at 13.00 hours in room 1506; and


(ii) To remind the Prosecution and the Defence that they have until Tuesday 2 May 2006 at 16.00 hours to present their final observations on the matters dealt with at the hearing.
