4 September hearing for the preparation of the Thomas Lubanga Dyilo trial

Please be advised that on 4 September 2007 a hearing for the preparation of the trial of Thomas Lubanga Dyilo will be held at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Trial Chamber I will start the discussions with the participants about procedural issues to be decided before the beginning of the trial.

Following this hearing, the Trial Chamber shall issue directions as to the new agenda and timetable for the upcoming hearings. 

All journalists wishing to cover this hearing are welcome. No confirmation is required.
