Charges: one crime against humanity and three war crimes allegedly committed after 1 July 2002 in northern Uganda. Case against him terminated on 11 July 2007, following his passing. Case also involved Joseph Kony, Vincent Otti and Okot Odhiambo. Proceedings against Okot Odhiambo were also terminated due to his passing.
Mangenda Kabongo, Jean-Jacques

Charges: Found guilty of various offences against the administration of justice related to the false testimonies of defence witnesses in the Bemba case. Charged together with Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo, Aimé Kilolo Musamba, Fidèle Babala Wandu and Narcisse Arido.

Charges: Directing attacks against the civilian population (as a war crime) murder (as a war crime and a crime against humanity), rape (as a war crime and crime against humanity), directing attacks against buildings dedicated to religion (as a war crime), destruction of property (as a war crime), pillage (as a war crime), deportation and forcible transfer (as a war crime and a crime against humanity), severe deprivation of personal liberty (as a crime against humanity) and persecution (as a crime against humanity). On 17 October 2023, Pre-Trial Chamber II terminated the proceedings in the case following the Prosecution’s notice of withdrawal of the charges against Mr Mokom.

Charges: five crimes against humanity allegedly committed during the 2007-2008 post-election violence in Kenya. Judges confirmed charges on 23 January 2012 but Prosecutor withdrew them on 11 March 2013. Case also involved charges against Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta and Mohammed Hussein Ali. Judges declined to confirm charges against Mohammed Hussein Ali on 23 January 2012. Proceedings against Mr Kenyatta were terminated on 13 March 2015.

Alleged most senior leader and the "National General Coordinator" of the Anti-Balaka in Central African Republic (CAR).
Mr Ngaïssona is alleged to be responsible for crimes committed in this context in various locations in the CAR, including Bangui, Bossangoa, the Lobaye Prefecture, Yaloké, Gaga, Bossemptélé, Boda, Carnot and Berberati, between at least 5 December 2013 and at least December 2014, as follows:
crimes against humanity: murder and attempted murder, extermination, deportation or forcible transfer of population, imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty, torture, rape and attempted rape, persecution and other inhumane acts; and
war crimes: murder and attempted murder, torture, cruel treatment, mutilation, outrages upon personal dignity, intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population, intentionally directing attacks against buildings dedicated to religion, pillaging, rape and attempted rape, enlistment of children under the age of 15 years and their use to participate actively in hostilities, displacement of the civilian population and destruction of the property of an adversary.
