Allegedly responsible for the crimes against humanity of murder; extermination; torture; and rape and other form of sexual violence; as well as the war crimes of murder, cruel treatment, torture,; taking hostages; outrages upon personal dignity; and rape and other form of sexual violence, committed on the territory of the State of Israel and the State of Palestine from at least 7 October 2023.

On 26 February 2025, ICC Pre-trial Chamber I terminated proceedings against Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri (Deif) following the Prosecution’s notification of his death.  

Charges: two counts of crimes against humanity allegedly committed in 2011 in Libya. Case against Al-Senussi declared inadmissible before the ICC on 11 October 2013 due to national proceedings in Libya regarding the same crimes. Case also involved charges against Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi and Muammar Gaddafi in warrant issued on 27 June 2011. Case against Muammar Gaddafi was terminated on 22 November 2011, following his passing.

Charges: Mr Al-Werfalli is alleged to have directly committed and to have ordered the commission of murder as a war crime in the context of seven incidents, involving 33 persons, which took place from on or before 3 June 2016 until on or about 17 July 2017 in Benghazi or surrounding areas, in Libya as well as Murder as a war crime in the context of an eighth incident which took place on 24 January 2018, when Mr. Al-Werfalli allegedly shot dead 10 persons in front of the Bi'at al-Radwan Mosque in Benghazi, Libya.

Charges: Found guilty of various offences against the administration of justice related to the false testimonies of defence witnesses in the Bemba case. Case also involved charges against Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo, Aimé Kilolo Musamba, Jean-Jacques Mangenda Kabongo, and Fidèle Babala Wandu.

Allegedly responsible for the crimes against humanity of murder and attempted murder, extermination, deportation or forcible transfer of population, imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty, rape and attempted rape, and persecution ; and the war crimes of murder and attempted murder, intentional attack against the civilian population, pillaging, rape and attempted rape, displacement of the civilian population, and destruction of the adversary’s property – allegedly committed in Guen, Central African Republic, between at least 1 February to early April 2014.

On 12 September 2025, Pre-trial Chamber II determined that the Central African Republic is willing and able to genuinely investigate and prosecute the case against Mr Beina and that the case against Mr Beina is inadmissible.

Charges: Offences against the administration of justice, including corruptly influencing witnesses in the Bemba case. Case also involved charges against Aimé Kilolo Musamba, Jean-Jacques Mangenda Kabongo, Fidèle Babala Wandu, and Narcisse Arido.
